Next Wave Coach Academy Objectives & Components
The Colorado Rapids Next Wave Coach Academy is an effort of three groups to identify, train, and support the next wave of female coaches in the game of soccer. The goal is for every competitive girls team to have a female coach attached as a head coach, assistant coach, and/or mentor.
