One of our Rapids Youth Soccer parents recently reached out with a great article discussing how important it is for soccer clubs to be transformational not just transactional. While we often stress the importance of our player development model, highlighting the growth and achievements of our teams, this metric of success is primarily transactional. This is why, over the past couple years, we have invested heavily in the culture, community, and experience our members have within Rapids Youth Soccer.
We are very proud of the positive culture within our club, both on and off the field. We truly believe that the culture of our club is core to our foundation when working to become the best club in Colorado and the nation. Positive soccer culture extends beyond the team and into the commitment our families on the sidelines make to show support for our players in an appropriate way.
It’s a question as old as youth soccer itself… What are good soccer snack choices for our young players? All parents want to be sure our children are appropriately nourished, and NOT load them up with sugary drinks and candy. Here is your official Rapids Youth Soccer guide to the fundamentals of nutrition for kids, as well as some great, healthy snack ideas!
