TOPSoccer – Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club
The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer) is a program for players four years of age and older who have developmental and/or physical disabilities.
TOPSoccer creates an opportunity for players with disabilities to be part of the soccer community, where they grow emotionally and physically and where their families, coaches, and buddies connect to share in the joy of playing soccer.
For additional information and/or opportunities, visit the official TOPSoccer website or the USYS TOPSoccer website.
What is TOPSoccer & What Can Parents Expect?
TOPSoccer is a community-based program that is designed to meet the needs of children and young adults who have physical and/or intellectual disabilities. The program is geared towards player development rather than competition. CRYSC’s purpose is “the heart behind the crest” and this program allows us to create inclusive environments for players of all ability levels.
Families can expect that it will be a fun and meaningful experience for their child. The games and activities will be adapted in ways that ensure the child will learn at his/her own pace. With organized practices and games, the program will improve the overall fitness, self-esteem, and social skills of their player.
