CRYSC offers players a one-of-a-kind opportunity to dedicate time toward a vital piece of soccer development: speed, agility, and quickness training.
This camp focuses on soccer specific multi-directional movement development. All positions welcome. Sessions will address proper biomechanics in relation to soccer fundamentals that translate to all positions. Curriculum will be centered around Linear Acceleration, Vertical Jump, Multi-Directional Power expression, and Ball Striking Speed Improvement. Many sessions will involve a soccer ball.
Throughout this camp, players can expect a fun environment with a focus on general athletic movement that will transfer directly to the field through developing strength, coordination, and speed. Every session will incorporate specific warmups and integrate coordination, plyometric, agility, and sprinting movements.
Registration closes 1 week before camp starts.
