Description:
This camp will focus on improving the individual players ability to play a specific position(s) on the field. Players will have the option to register as a defender, midfielder, or striker. Each position will have a specific skill set for improvement each day. Curriculum will coincide with CRYSC Player Development Plan and methodology.
10U-12U: For this age group, players will learn the basic traits/skills needed to play in the midfield. Curriculum will focus on passing and receiving patterns/technique, appropriate decision making and more.
13U-16U: For this age group, players will develop midfield principles related to the CRYSC curriculum (roles in a 1-4-3-3 & 1-4-2-3-1) both in and out of possession. Players will come away from this camp having worked on a multitude of key midfielder traits such as; awareness, decision-making, midfielder movements, passing and receiving, positioning and communication, & transition.
