About Rapids Fort Collins
Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Rapids Youth Soccer is Colorado’s premier youth soccer experience and the only club in Colorado to offer opportunities from three-years-old to professional, from beginner to Major League Soccer.
CRYSC offers youth soccer programs to thousands of children every season in and around the Front Range. With satellite leagues across Colorado, we are confident we can provide your child a fun place to play.

Kylie Westbrook
Director of Recreational Programming
Kylie Westbrook was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating high school, Kylie moved to Bellingham, Washington to attend Western Washington University and Whatcom Community College where she played soccer for 2 years. She then transferred to play D2 soccer at Flagler College in St. Augustine where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management. After college, she looked to continue her involvement in soccer by earning her USSF D license, coaching a recreational team, and accepting a full time position from her internship with Co-Player Agency.

Jess Kamnikar
Regional Manager - Fort Collins
Ever since she can remember, Jess has been playing soccer. She played for Pride Soccer Club growing up and continued on to play NCAA D1 soccer at both Wright State University and Colorado State University. In 2013, she was part of CSU's inaugural year! After graduating in 2016, she still wanted to be a part of the soccer community, so she decided to coach for Rapids and has been coaching here ever since. As far as playing, Jess still plays regularly for an indoor team, plus an outdoor here and there!
From going from a player to a coach, to now a Director within the club, Jess is always excited to work with such a great team of coaches and people, and have the opportunity to create a positive experience for our members (parents and players alike) and to continue to build relationships throughout the soccer community!

Megan Pisciotta
Administrator - Fort Collins
Megan Pisciotta started her professional career in accounting working for a midwest transportation company. It was during this time she met the love of her life (husband Matteo). Matteo and Megan have been together for over 12 years and they share 3 wonderful kids together (Luciano 10, Amelia 8, and Gabriella 6). Since having kids, Megan spends her energy combining her two passions in life, her love for children, and her desire to serve others. (A value she learned early in life having been born into a family with both parents serving active duty military). For the past several years Megan has volunteered countless hours of her time to serve as a teacher’s assistant in several schools, she organizes school events, she manages fundraising, serves tirelessly on the PTO, she serves as manager for both competitive and recreation soccer teams. In her spare time, Megan enjoys playing soccer and softball.
