With our F.A.S.T. (Football and Speed Training) Camp, we aim to develop the speed/agility component of the game and, of course, the technical and decision components of soccer. This camp is great for campers and players looking to improve their overall soccer abilities and/or refine their Player IDs.
Within the Speed Training portion of the camp, we will look to develop:
- Physical Foundations of Athletic Movement
- Speed & Agility
- Transfer of Athletic Qualities to Soccer
Within the Football Training portion of the camp, we will look to incorporate:
- Technical Ability on the ball
- 1000s of extra touches on the ball
- Fun and Fast paced problem-solving activities and small-sided games.
