Ball Mastery, Body Mastery (8U)
Ball Mastery: Developing the touch and coordination to have the full control of the ball at their feet in order to dribble and shoot effectively. Proficient ball mastery includes confidence in possession of the ball at their feet. Body Mastery: Moving the body in order to perform in an activity-specific movement (e.g. running, jumping, kicking). Understanding how each body part moves and understand the function of each body part.
