The dedicated Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) area located within The Eddy training facility offers players a one-of-a-kind opportunity to dedicate time to vital pieces of soccer development: speed, agility, and quickness training. Over a seven-week period, this camp will provide players advanced techniques with direct feedback and coaching from our partners at Elite Speed.
Throughout this camp, players can expect a fun environment with a focus on bilateral and unilateral movements, injury prevention, and explosiveness. These exercises will help make you more efficient on the soccer field, while developing strength, coordination, and speed.

Refund requests due to injury must be made within 2 weeks of injury or illness and must have a physician’s note included. No refund, credits or fee transfers will be allowed for any other reasons.
