Take your game to the next level with the CRYSC x Elite Speed Fast Feet Camp, designed specifically for 8U-10U players (2017-2015 birth years). Led by Elite Speed coaches, this camp focuses on proper running form, acceleration, and agility techniques to help young athletes move more efficiently and explosively on the field.
Led by expert coaches, players will learn:
- Correct sprinting mechanics to improve speed
- Agility and footwork drills for quick changes of direction
- Balance and coordination exercises to enhance overall athleticism
- Injury prevention techniques to build strength and endurance

Refund Policy
