Rapids Youth Soccer Satisfaction Scoring
Dear Parents and Families,
As we look for ways to continue to evaluate and improve ourselves and the organization, we’ve made a long-term commitment to better understanding our member’s needs, desires, and concerns through end-of-season feedback from our members. While this is technically in survey format, we refer to it as “Satisfaction Scoring”. The results will be used to track the quality of organization, communication, customer service, and overall soccer experience over time for the organization, aspects we believe to be truly important to the success of any youth sports organization.
Confidentiality
All survey data collected is strictly confidential and anonymous by default. Before completing the process you will have the option to include your contact information for the record, or to request that a Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club (“CRYSC”) representative contact you by phone or email.
Survey Expectations
Your time is valuable. The survey is brief by design and can be completed in approximately five minutes or less, per player. It’s composed of three small components; 1) locate your team 2) the survey, and 3) optional details and contact request. Upon completion you may exit the survey or start a new one for additional players in your family.
We ask that a parent or guardian complete a survey on behalf of each player (all ages), since this perspective is equally valuable in our improvement efforts. Your voice will be heard and your contributions are greatly appreciated.
Locating Your Team
To start the survey, you will be asked to select your specific team by age group and name. Please note that the format “U followed by an age” really means that age and younger. For example, U8 should be read as 8 and younger. The only unique exceptions are players authorized to play in an older age group (aka “playing up”). Since we’re seeking feedback for the most recent season played, please select the correct age, team and program accordingly.
Almost all teams U6 and older are sorted by the players date of birth and the coaches last name.
If you are uncertain about your player’s age group, go to the Rapids Youth Soccer home page and type in your players date of birth and it will tell you which age group your player is participating in this fall 2016 and spring 2017.
