Elite Summer Goalkeeper Day Camp

A 4-day camp experience replicating Elite level training sessions intended to build Goalkeeping skills and understanding of the game!

The Elite Summer Goalkeeper Day Camp will focus on adding to a higher-level goalkeeper’s technical and tactical foundation.
Working on advanced techniques in areas of shot stopping, crossing, 1v1s/breakaways, distribution, and blocks, this camp will aim to push the goalkeepers into uncomfortable game scenarios to refine and expand their existing knowledge of the position. We will look to combine situations that goalkeepers face in the modern game. We will focus on the position’s demands for leadership, physical and vocal presence, and ability to multitask.
This camp is recommended for: Rising Rapids, CSA Premier 1, 2, or 3, and Elite Program players.
This camp will be an excellent tool to sharpen skills between the Spring and Fall seasons! This camp is also a great opportunity for those unable to attend the residential camp due to the waitlist or date conflicts.

Elite Summer Goalkeeper Camp is aimed at Elite and Select level players (MLS Next, ECNL, ECNL-RL, GA, EAL, DPL, NPL, or Colorado Soccer Association League P1,2,3) and is designed for players who want to grow and experience an elite level of player development coaching and provision. What’s included in the registration fee?
  • Camp sessions and activities will take place on the Turf and Grass Fields
  • Camp sessions and overall experience will be run by Rapids Elite Goalkeeping Coaches and Directors
Attendee Requirements:
    • Shin guards
    • Goalkeeper Gloves
    • Socks (over shin guards)
    • Outdoor soccer shoes (cleats or turf shoes)
    • Indoor shoes (should we relocate inside for weather purposes)
    • Appropriate training apparel

Refund Policy

If you have an injury or illness that prevents you from attending camp, you may receive a credit which can be used toward a future camp or other Rapids program. This request must be made within 2 weeks of the injury or illness and must have a physician’s note included. No refund, credits or transfers will be allowed for any other reasons.
