Unleash your competitive edge in the Rapids North Elevate Performance Academy, designed specifically for the competitive females in the game.
Elevate Performance Academy is designed for motivated female players who want to sharpen their skills, build confidence, and prepare for the upcoming season in a challenging, high-energy environment.
Players will train with experienced girl DOCs and club coaches in fast-paced, game-realistic sessions that emphasize technical quality, decision-making, and competitive play. Each day will feature a unique game-based theme, with focused work on ball mastery, passing and receiving, finishing, and small-sided games that demand creativity, speed of play, and confidence on the ball.
Training activities are designed to push players outside their comfort zones while providing the support and structure needed to grow. Sessions encourage problem-solving, resilience, and leadership, helping players translate training habits into match-day performance.
This camp is ideal for competitive players looking to stay sharp over the summer, train with like-minded teammates, and continue their development in a positive, growth-minded setting.
