Too often this enthusiastic exuberance can come with shouting instructions and trying to coach from the stands (joysticking the players). Rapids Youth Soccer is excited to introduce the newest member of our Staff, Brian Sheehan. Brian is a Denver native who played youth soccer in the Denver area for years prior to play for the University of Notre Dame. Coach Sheehan has worked as a teacher, assistant principal, and coach for over a decade.

Outreach Infographic

Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club is committed to providing soccer opportunities for players from diverse backgrounds. Our Outreach Program uses soccer as a vehicle for social change by emphasizing the health, mentorship, and team benefits that naturally occur in the sport. We provide free afterschool programming, clinics, leagues, and program scholarships to low-income communities in Colorado.
